Selected under PLCI CRB Umbrella Project for FY21 funding:

In recent years, very few adult Pacific lamprey have ascended the Wells Dam fish ladder and accessed their historic range upstream.  To assist with upstream migration, a trap and haul program has been initiated to translocate Pacific lamprey captured at Lower Columbia sites above Wells Dam.
